Purpose and legal basis of data processing. Fulfillment of the functions specified in legal acts for the Controller institution (http://rea.riga.lv/files/REA_nolikums_23_11_2010.pdf), or performance of duties.
Types of data to be processed
Data provided by the data subject and data related to the assessment of the feasibility of the data subject's expression of the will expressed.
Data obtained on the basis of the data subject's consent and defined at the time this consent is given (the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time in the same way as it was given, including through official communication channels. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
In accordance with the Controller nomenclature and legislation of the controlling authority, and for longer than specified in the nomenclature or legislation of the controller of the authority, if this is necessary to achieve the objectives of the controlling authority.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Submit an application and receive information regarding the data which the controller obtains and stores as a data subject, unless otherwise provided by legal acts;
Request access to, rectification or erasure of data, supplementing if necessary, or restriction of processing;
Data subject have the right to object to the processing, including to object to the processing of data carried out in the context of a legitimate interest, in so far as the law so provides, as well as to exercise the right to data portability;
At any time, withdraw the consent given by the data subject to the controller. The withdrawal shall not affect the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal and the data processing related to the consent will no longer be provided and the data subject may not have access to the previous level;
To submit a complaint regarding illegal processing of personal data of the data subject to the supervisory authority (Data State Inspectorate).
